Project Pineapple Box is a 6’’x 6’’ x 2’’ wooden box with even-sized four grids containing 2 pieces of Very Pineapple Cake & 2 pieces of Pina Colada Mochi.
We are thrilled to have Pine & Crane, one of the most respected Taiwanese American restaurants in LA, hosting us for this pop-up.

The pineapple head is flavored with Kyoto matcha powder for natural coloring and a subtle hint of refreshing tea taste. Once you bite in, the extra thin crust holds a generous amount of mouthwatering pineapple jam filling. -
